Workout

Today i have decided that i NEED to be in great shape by then time summer rolls around. and its not that im fat.... but i eat ALOT! (including the 1pounder @ cheeburgercheeburger)hehe but i want to be in great shape without diet pills or without being aneroxic like i was in only 5th grade. and even if i tried to make myself vomit i couldnt bacause i have the strongest stomach possiable and i just cant throw up as weird/gross as it seams. but to me it feals like i cant stick to a diet unless its derastic. and i run a 1/2 a mile every day but im not getting the results i want. I hope some one would have sugestions. but now i think im going 2 run a 1/2 a mile in the mourning, a 1/2 a mile at night and add on some yoga. now that im not cheering & its too late to do soccer i feal i must get in shape somehow!
